The product is designed to support nursery finance workflows such as parent record management, invoice runs, uploaded files, review queues and Xero-ready CSV exports. By creating an account, using a demo, starting a subscription or uploading information, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.
YummyMoney is a software tool, not an accounting firm, tax adviser or legal adviser. The service can help organise information and prepare exports, but customers remain responsible for checking invoice data, deciding what to send to Xero, maintaining their own records and getting professional advice where needed. These terms should be read with the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account login details secure and ensuring that only authorised people access your workspace. If team features are enabled, you should invite only appropriate users and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, import, review or export. YummyMoney may help structure invoice information, but you must check that invoices, rates, parent records and export files are correct before relying on them.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans may be billed monthly unless stated otherwise. Plan access can change if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled or a plan is downgraded. Pricing pages explain the current plan structure and feature availability.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, interfere with reliability, reverse engineer protected systems or use YummyMoney for unlawful activity. The service is intended for legitimate nursery finance workflows.
Uploaded content
You keep responsibility for the files and data you upload. By uploading content, you allow YummyMoney to process it as needed to provide product features such as file storage, invoice run review, CSV generation and dashboard summaries.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, network issues or product changes. We may update features, improve workflows or adjust roadmap availability over time.
Roadmap features
Some features described on the website are planned or coming soon. Roadmap descriptions are provided to show product direction and should not be treated as a guarantee that every feature will launch in a particular form or timeframe.
Limitation of use
YummyMoney is provided to support workflow efficiency. To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers remain responsible for financial decisions, accounting treatment, tax obligations and records submitted to third-party systems such as Xero.

YummyMoney is built around a review-first approach. The product can organise uploaded files, parse invoice-related information and prepare CSV exports, but the safest workflow is always to review the run before using the output. Check parent names, child names, rates, descriptions, quantities and excluded lines. Keep your own records and involve your accountant or finance adviser where your nursery needs formal accounting guidance.
