Getting started with YummyMoney is designed to feel practical from the first visit. You can open the demo workspace, explore sample parent records, see how a run is structured and understand how Tapestry PDFs and parent logs become Xero-ready export data. When you are ready to use your own workspace, create an account, choose a plan and begin with the same simple path: import parent data, upload supporting files, review the invoice lines and export when everything looks right.
The setup process is intentionally light. YummyMoney does not ask nursery owners to redesign their entire finance process before they see value. Start with the information you already have, use the dashboard to understand what is ready and build repeatable invoice run habits over time.
