This policy explains the kinds of information YummyMoney may process, why that information is used and how customers can think about their data when using the product. If you create an account, use a demo, upload files, import parent finance records or prepare invoice runs, YummyMoney may process information connected to your workspace and your use of the service.
We aim to collect only what is needed to provide the product, improve reliability, support billing and protect the service. Nursery finance data can include parent names, child names, billing notes, invoice references, uploaded PDFs and export history. Customers remain responsible for deciding what they upload and for ensuring they have the right permissions to use that data in their organisation. This page should be read alongside the Terms.
YummyMoney may process account information such as your name, email address, organisation name, plan, billing status and login details. If you use product workflows, we may process parent records, child names, imported CSV rows, uploaded PDFs, invoice line data, export files and audit activity connected to your workspace.
Data is used to provide the service, save your workspace, prepare invoice runs, generate exports, show dashboard information, support account access, manage billing and improve reliability. We may also use aggregated product signals to understand which workflows need better design or documentation.
Uploaded files are used to support the invoice run you are working on. Generated CSV files and run history help you review what happened during a billing period. Customers should avoid uploading data that is not needed for nursery finance or invoice preparation.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. YummyMoney does not need to store full card details to provide the product. Billing status, plan information and subscription identifiers may be stored so access can be managed correctly.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account and workspace data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so customers should use strong passwords, protect account access and only invite appropriate team members when multi-user tools are available.
You can choose what data you upload, update workspace information and contact us about access, correction or deletion requests where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, security or accounting reasons.
