These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Yummy Money. By creating an account or using Yummy Money, you agree to these terms.
Yummy Money provides invoicing, Xero-connected invoice management, payment reminder and finance admin tools.
Users must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, avoid sharing access in a way that risks account security, and remain responsible for activity on their account.
Users choose whether to connect Xero. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to connect their Xero organisation. Yummy Money relies on the data available through Xero and may not always reflect instant live changes. Users should check important invoice/payment information before sending important communications.
Users are responsible for the invoice/customer data they upload or connect, and must make sure they have the right to use that data with Yummy Money. Yummy Money helps organise and process data but does not replace professional accounting advice.
If Yummy Money is used to prepare or send payment reminders, users are responsible for checking the message before it is sent unless an automated sending feature is explicitly enabled. Users must use the service fairly and lawfully, and must not use Yummy Money to send spam, abusive messages or misleading payment requests.
Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing cycle and plan details will be shown before you subscribe. You are responsible for keeping payment details up to date. Failed payments may affect access to paid features. If you cancel or change plan, the billing and access changes shown in the checkout or billing flow will apply.
Users must not misuse the service, attempt to access data they are not allowed to access, interfere with security, upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or use Yummy Money to send fraudulent payment requests.
Yummy Money aims to be reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Some features may depend on third-party services such as Xero, hosting providers or payment providers. Syncing may occasionally be delayed or limited due to third-party limits or technical issues.
Yummy Money is provided to help with invoicing and admin, but you remain responsible for checking important financial information. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entered by users, third-party service issues, or use of the service in a way that does not follow these terms.
Yummy Money may update, improve, remove or change features as the product develops. Users will be told about important changes where appropriate.
Users can request to close their account. Some data may be retained where needed for legal, billing, security, backup or accounting reasons.
